will be held on Saturday February 7, 2026 at the Speer Memorial Library in Mission.   1:00 PM

Election of 3 members of the Board of Directors at this meeting.

Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually set for the 3rd Thursday of each month (except in December and January) in the community room but may be rescheduled so check the notice board for any changes.

Directors are elected at the Annual Meetings for a term of two years. 3 positions are elected in even numbered years and 2 positions are elected in odd numbered years.  Officers of the corporation are also elected members of the Board. Officers are selected annually by vote of the directors.   Directors appointed to an unexpired term serve the balance of the original term of the Board member they replace (by-laws Article 5.04).   

The number of Directors was reduced to 5 at the Annual Meeting of 2025.

Miss Connie Garza was appointed to serve as official recording secretary for meetings until such time as the post of Board Secretary is filled.

NOTICE OF VACANCY

A VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOW EXISTS.

The Board of Directors is currently seeking applicants willing to be considered for appointment to fill this vacant position.

The individual appointed will serve the remaining term of the position - until March 31, 2027.

If you are interested in serving please contact any member of the Board of Directors. This notice will remain until one or more applications are received and the position filled.

All applications are subject to public review by the Board at its next regularly scheduled meeting. The Board of Directors may accept or reject any or all applications at its sole discretion.

Mission Manor maintains a posting board on the north side of the bath house within the common area.  Important notices, adopted minutes of the most recent Board meetings, the Basic Rules,  the list of current Board members, the list of current members of the Architectural Committee, information for our neighborhood watch, and anything else deemed of importance to the community by the Board of Directors will be posted here.

Postings are limited to items of official business or otherwise related to the membership.  Only the Association Secretary or their designee, is authorized to physically post items onto the board.

Stage 2 Water Conservation continues 

our water reserve lakes are currently at just 20% capacity!

City of Mission Water Restrictions in effect

due to the continuing drought conditions, the City of Mission continues to impose Stage II restrictions on the use of city water.  The restrictions will REMAIN IN EFFECT until further notice.

Those living in the Northeast quarter of the City, which includes Mission Manor, may water their lawns and plants ONLY on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays . 

Please do not water between peak hours of  7am – 9am   &   4pm – 6pm          Violation: $50-$200 Fine
